Ventura Family YMCA holds Fun and Fitness 5k Run and walk (Ventura County Star)

More info…Runners take off down Dean Drive in Ventura on Saturday morning at the start of the Ventura Family YMCAs ninth annual Fun and Fitness 5K Run and Walk. Rich Gross, from the YMCA, said there were nearly 150 participants this year, plus 20 volunteers.
